Do You Need To Get a HERS Test?

1. Schedule a HERS Test
Fill out our form or call us today to schedule a HERS test with one of our trained technicians.
2. HERS Testing Process
On the scheduled day, a certified technician will conduct field inspections and diagnostic testing of your building’s energy performance and mechanical equipment. Onsite testing may take as little as 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. Rest assured, as long as it takes, we will get it done!
3. Receive Your Certification
Our 24-48 hour turnaround on our HERS certifications will ensure that
you receive your HERS Testing certifications in a timely manner, allowing you to finalize projects and complete your final inspection.
Title 24 HERS Reports
What is included in a HERS Report and when do I need it?
When any portion of an HVAC system (ducts, condenser, furnace/air handler) is replaced or installed, a HERS Test is required.
We will send out a certified technician on the scheduled day of testing and he will perform all testing required. These testings include duct leakage test (if not exempt), airflow measurement, watt-draw, and refrigerant charge verification. Depending on the conditions, some tests will not be required.
